During your stay you will have one on one access with several established and up and coming wine makers, who will share their cellar secrets with you while tasting through the fantastic ranges of wines they produce.
You will also be visiting the vineyards, understanding the methods of vineyard management and the growing cycles of the grapes in the different Cru’s on various parts of the island, from the Vermentino vineyards nestled in the granite mountains of Gallura to high elevation vineyards of 800 meters above sea level as well as 100+ year old vineyards in the cru’s of Mamoiada where Cannonau reigns as King!

What is wine without great food to accompany it! During the 7 day, 6 night stay all meals will be mapped out through some of the islands finest restaurants and always paired with many of the best wines the Island has to offer!
You will enjoy rustic wild mushroom dishes from acclaimed Chef Marco Antonaglia at Ristorante La Pitraia, to the wonderful dishes of the sea from Chef Claudio Tilocca at Ristorante Melograno, not to mention wonderful lunches at several wineries prepared by the winery owners themselves just to mention a few and not to forget dinner one evening at a renowned restaurant in Porto Cervo and the Famous Costa Smeralda!
Tour beaches and landmarks
You cannot visit Sardinia and not spend a day at the Beach! Sardinia is home to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches and we will not let you miss out on visiting them… after all what’s better than resting on a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters after a great day tasting wine and enjoying great food!
You will also be visiting several archeological sites including the Tomb of the Giants and several 2000+ year old Olive trees, not to mention visiting several of the local towns and cities such as Tempio Pausania, Alghero and Mamoiada just to name a few.

Day 1 - Arrival and welcome Dinner
Arrival in Olbia and Transfer to the booked Hotel in Sant’Antonio di Gallura. Welcome Dinner at Famous “La Pitraia” Restaurant in Sant’Antonio di Gallura.
Day 2 - Costa Smeralda
Daytime excursion to the famous Costa Smeralda Beaches. Light Lunch At local Restaurant by the beach. Afternoon visit of a Jankara vineyards. Wine tasting. Dinner Hosted by Jankara.
Day 3 - Alghero and Sassari
Departure to Alghero, the ancient walled Catalan City on Sardinia’s West Coast. Stop in Sassari to visit Wild Sardinia mirto & craft spirit tasting at RAU/Wild Sardinia Facilities. Further to Alghero. Lunch at Top Restaurant Trattoria Cavour. Afternoon visit of the historical center.
Back to Hotel, with light dinner served.
Day 4 - Tempo Pausania and Nuchis
Morning visit of archeological and historical sites of the area. Visit local winery and lunch. Return to hotel in afternoon to refresh. Drive to Tempio Pausania and visit of the Granite City. Dinner at Top Restaurant “Il Melograno” in Nuchis, with local Seafood and Fish menu.
Day 5 - Mamoiada and Barbagia
Full Day Excursion to Mamoiada in the Wild Barbagia area of Central Sardinia: visit of the village, visit of historical Cannonau mountain vineyards and tasting with the critically acclaimed Giovanni Montisci winery. Return to Hotel. Dinner in local restaurant.
Day 6 - Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda
Morning visit of the famous Costa Smeralda, Baia Sardinia, Porto Cervo, Capriccioli. Lunch in local Restaurant. After lunch back to Hotel. Gala/Farewell Dinner that evening.
Day 7 - Airport Transfer
